Connect and bring in existing bookings

Open Bookings, then Calendar connections, or use Calendar in Settings. Connect through Calendly's own screen. Your existing Calendly bookings shows the automatic import of upcoming appointments, then available history, across appointment types. Larger histories can take several checks. A failed or unfinished import does not mean your calendar is empty.

DOMS imports Calendly appointments, attendee details and available cancellation or reschedule references. It does not import personal Google or Outlook events. Calendly still uses its connected busy calendars and availability rules when checking bookable times. Disconnecting in DOMS does not cancel external appointments.

Use the schedule and match People

The schedule offers a list and month view, with date, calendar, Offer and status filters. Saved appointment times are not a live availability check. If only part of a range loaded, the page says so. Requests needing review remain visible separately, including requests outside your current date filter.

Link to a person opens the attendee review. An exact, unique email you previously reviewed can support an automatic match; a name alone cannot. Review other attendees yourself and choose the correct person. Linking an imported booking does not count it as a call or sale generated by DOMS.

Prepare an Offer for calls

   Add Book calls and the booking link

   In Offer Studio, include Book calls in the Offer's jobs and save the Offer's booking link, the Calendly page people book on. Publish and make the intended version live. Keep the event's hours, buffers, duration and location rules in Calendly.

   Pin the matching event if you like

   You can also choose the Calendly event that belongs to the Offer. That saves the event's identity only: it does not let DOMS book from the chat and does not reserve a time. If you reconnect Calendly, choose the event again.

How a call gets booked

When the Offer books calls and the person asks for a call or accepts one, DOMS sends that Offer's saved booking link and they pick a time on your Calendly page. DOMS never proposes or confirms a time and never creates, moves or cancels an appointment. A message saying they booked is a claim until your calendar shows it or you confirm it on their page.

Changing or cancelling a call

Changes and cancellations happen in Calendly, by you or by the person from their Calendly confirmation. DOMS does not move or cancel appointments and does not send appointment reminders; Calendly's own notification settings are separate.
