Discovery questions

Each Offer carries Questions to ask: what you need to know before you sell. DOMS uses your order, asks at most one per message, skips a question already asked or answered, and stops asking the moment the person shows they are ready to buy. A question can be marked Reply required before Offer links.

The five built in questions

Every new Offer starts with five reserved questions you can reword or make required, but not remove: their name; the best number to reach them on; the best email for them; whether they are a woman or a man, for your audience rule; and their age, where under 18 stops selling. DOMS sends no text or email itself, so the built in wording promises neither.

Where the answers go

Original captured replies stay on the person's page under What they told you, where you can use, correct or exclude them. Chats shows effective answer context under Collected answers and labels coach corrections. People → Collected answers and Download CSV keep captured replies, review status and effective answers separate; a correction does not rewrite the original conversation.
