Connect Instagram

DOMS connects to your account through Instagram's official connection, handled by a connection partner. You sign in on Instagram's own screen. DOMS never sees or stores your password, and you can remove the connection from DOMS or from your own Instagram settings at any time.

What connecting allows, and what it never does

• Reads and replies to the DMs your account receives. That is all.
• Never posts on your behalf. No feed posts, no stories, no follows, no likes.
• Never asks for your Instagram password.
• You can disconnect at any time.
• What we store and how to delete it is in our privacy policy.

It also reads your posts and Stories and their numbers, so Content and Analytics can show them. Reading is not posting.

Checking the connection

Settings, Instagram connection shows the connected account and its state. On the setup screen the step reads Connected, Disconnected (with Reconnect in Settings), or Requested while your connection link is being prepared; you can also try connecting directly again. Check again re reads it after you return from Instagram.
