Your data

• Every read and write in DOMS is scoped to your account, and the database refuses outside access through its public interface.
• Card numbers, personal identifiers, phone numbers and emails in a message are masked before the text reaches the assistant, and a reply is checked again on the way out.
• Your notes about a person reach the assistant; your tags never do. Your phone number is never in a prompt, a log or an error.
• A voice import keeps the numbers, the facts it suggests and the exact lines you choose to add to an Offer, never the files or the rest of the text; your own recent messages and short name free prospect exchanges are all that leave your browser.
• Deleting an account removes its records and uploaded files through one audited command. Today you ask us by email and we run it.

The privacy policy says what DOMS stores, who handles it and how long it is kept. The data deletion instructions say how you, or anyone who messaged you, can have it deleted.
