Why an Offer cannot sell yet
The Offer page names each block in plain words. This is what they mean.

| The offer has no name yet | Name it. |
| No price is set yet | Add a way to pay, or tick pricing on the call and write your phrase. |
| No checkout link is set yet | Add a Checkout link in the Studio and paste its address there, or add the address on the Offer page after you publish. |
| Pick which price option your AI should lead with | Tick Lead with this option on one line. |
| The price is set to be covered on the call, but a checkout link is set too | Pick one. |
| A payment plan needs a number of payments or your own words for it | Add either. |
| The price is covered on the call, but there is no booking link yet | Add a Book a call link. |
| A price phrase has a link in it | Say it without the link; links live in Offer links, not in the words. |
| A price option is set to zero with no trial term | DOMS never calls anything free. Make it a trial with a term, or price it. |
| A trial has to continue as one of your other price options | Pick the plan it becomes; a trial cannot lead, and its amount today is paid once. |
| A dash in a field | Rewrite without it. Nothing DOMS says carries one. |
Account wide blocks
- More than one offer live and no default. Pick one with Make this the default. A second Offer cannot go live while none is the default, and the default cannot be retired while two others stay live.
- Your default offer is not live any more. Pick a live one.
- Two live offers share a name or an also called name. Rename one, or DOMS cannot tell them apart from a message.
