How a reply happens

Every message that lands runs through one fixed order. Nothing skips a step, and each step can only narrow what the next one may do, never widen it.

   Consent and custody

   If the person ever said stop, nothing sends. If you took the conversation over, or switched DOMS off for this person, it stays quiet.

2. 2

   Care

   If the message reads as real distress, selling is switched off before anything is written. DOMS may still reply kindly. It cannot pitch. You are alerted at any hour.

3. 3

   Who this is

   A prospect, a past member, a friend or family member, a fan, a peer. Your own label wins. A friend never becomes a sales conversation by machine.

4. 4

   What it knows

   The Offer this conversation is about (your pick for this person, or the one they named, or your default), your facts, your voice, your rules, your notes about this person, and the conversation so far.

   What to do

   Answer a question, handle an objection, ask one discovery question, state the price, send the link, offer the resource, or stay quiet. Actions are decided first; the words are written around them.

6. 6

   The floor

   Every reply passes the hard floor: no invented money, no unsaved links, no promises, no dashes, nothing you told it never to say. Fail one and it does not send.

7. 7

   Send, or wait for you

   In approval mode the draft waits on Overview and in the thread. In auto mode it sends. Either way the receipt is written: what it read, what reached it, what was cut, which Offer version backed any number.
