People

People is your CRM, and it can never disagree with your inbox because it is built from the same records. There is no second scoreboard to keep in sync.

Views and filters

Find people offers five work views: All, Needs you (people with a recorded reason for your attention), Drafts waiting, Waiting on them, and Manual handling. Filters run in the database and live in the address bar, so Back keeps them: search by name, handle or tag; their Offer; stage; who they are; custody (AI on, or you only); your status; whose move; tag. List or Board.

The columns

Person

Their name, else their handle, else Unknown person. Never a placeholder.

Next step / why

Your move, their move, or a draft waiting, with the reason when you are needed: they replied after you took over, a care alert is waiting, or they asked about money and DOMS had no price to give.

Offer pick

The Offer every reply to this person is about, when you picked one.

Progress and handling

Your working status (New, Talking, Waiting on them, Hot, Client, Not now) beside the machine's ladder (Bought, Call booked, Link sent) and who handles replies.

Activity

The newest thing that happened.

Board lays your working status out as columns; moving a card is the same audited change as the select. A contact file of the matching people is available; opted out people are always left out of it.

A person's page

• Overview: your status and activity.
• What they told you: original captured replies, separate from your corrections and review decisions.
• Your controls, separate from DOMS's recorded reading: who they are, audience, their Offer, reply handling.
• Activity: recent messages and decisions, newest first.
• Notes and tags: your notebook for this person. Notes brief DOMS's replies; they do not become Teach instructions.

Collected answers

Original captured replies to your Offer questions, newest first, with Download CSV. Captured replies, review status and effective answers stay separate, so a coach correction is not presented as the person's own words. Anyone who has opted out stays out of the list and the file.
