What DOMS is, and what it is not

DOMS is the DM closer a coach cannot afford to hire. You connect the Instagram account you sell from, tell it what you sell, for how much, in what voice and what you would never say. From then on it works your inbox: it answers real questions with your real facts, handles objections the way you handle them, quotes the price you sealed, sends the link you saved, and records the sale or the booked call.

It is built around your Offers. Every reply that talks about money or a next step is bound to one sealed Offer version, so it can never quote an amount you did not write or send a link you did not save.

What it does

• Answers people who message you first, in your voice, with your facts.
• Works toward the sale or the call: discovery questions, objections, price, link.
• Sends a keyword resource (a guide, a link, a file) when someone asks for it, including DM replies to a Story you set a rule for.
• Records the sale or the booked call, and shows you why it said what it said.
• Keeps a people list built from what actually happened in the conversations.

What it is not

• It never opens a conversation with someone who has not written to you. No cold DMs, no touching your posts, follows or likes.
• It never invents a price, a discount, a deadline, a result or a capability.
• A calendar connection is not permission to book. DOMS books calls with your booking link only: when an Offer books calls and the person asks for one, it sends that Offer's saved link, and it never proposes or confirms a time. A message saying someone booked is not a confirmed calendar appointment. DOMS does not send appointment reminders. See Bookings.
• It does not run your account. Approval mode is the default, and every control in Your controls is yours.
