Content and Stories
Your posts and Stories as DOMS sees them, the Offer marks that turn them into CTAs, and the replies each one started.
Content keeps the saved library of your Instagram posts and Stories with each item's own numbers. Content capture shows when the last check ran and when the next one is due. Stories are captured while they are live; an unmarked copy is kept for seven days from publication, then cleared.
Offer CTA marks
On a post or a Story, choose the exact saved Offer version and Mark as Offer CTA. Marking ties the item to the Offer so its views, replies and the conversations it starts count for that Offer on Analytics. It does not enable automated replies or change any rule. When someone replies to a marked Story, DOMS opens the sale on that Offer, unless they name another Offer, you picked one for them, or the chat already reached money about one.
Replies to this Story
A Story page lists who replied and links to each conversation. In Chats the thread shows where the conversation came from and DOMS's read of the reply.
Set up Resource reply
Beside an Offer mark on a Story, Set up Resource reply opens a rule scoped to that exact Story: a keyword, the resource to send, the dates it is open. It starts with an Offer mark, and the Story page reads the saved rule back. See Resources.
